Michael Knowles suggests transgender parents should “face legal consequences” for “scandalizing” their children
Knowles: “Do we have the right as a polity to do that? If we don't then I guess we don't have any political rights at all.”

MICHAEL KNOWLES (HOST): This guy should be in jail. This guy should be in jail for this kind of child abuse. It's just so, so awful. It's one thing — it's a fallen world and some of these perverts fall into weird fetishes and things — and some people fall into this gender confusion, I don't know what the percentage is, but some number maybe fall into it when it isn't a fetish. There is the autogynephelia fetish which counts, I think, for a lot of it.
But maybe some people don't, maybe they're just genuinely confused. But one hopes at that point you don't get married and have a child and betray your wife and betray your kid and, you know, abuse your child and do all these awful things this man is doing.
But if you do have these problems, and you do have these hang-ups, whether its because of some sexual fetish or just because something went kooky in your brain, how about you just shut up and deal with it yourself, and don't inflict that pain and suffering on your wife and on your child, to whom you have obligations. How about that?
And if you can't do that, and if you insist on scandalizing a child and betraying your wife, how about you face some legal consequences for that? Do we have the right as a polity to do that? If we don't then I guess we don't have any political rights at all.
