STEPHEN MOORE (GUEST): I mean, I think all Americans, Democrats and Republicans, agree $4.5 trillion of new spending is going to financially ruin us.
And by the way, you know, for that amount of money, we could just eliminate income taxes and payroll taxes for a full year. I mean, imagine Neil, how much the economy would grow if we told every business in America you don't have to pay taxes for a year. It would be cheaper than all of this new spending.
