BOB BROOKS (HOST): If it's all raging liberals at these universities, what's actually going to change? I don't think much.
ELLIE COHANIM (GUEST): Well, the Trump administration is also demanding a reform of governance at Harvard and other universities to deal with exactly this issue, Bob — to deal with the fact that the faculty are now for years completely biased and indoctrinating our children, as you mentioned in your open. And so, you know, there are steps that can be taken. What's incredible about the Harvard case is that they are so obstinate and so much refusing to do what's right.
And so I fully support the president and his administration, not only that they are talking about freezing funds and have, in fact, frozen funds against Harvard, but also the discussion about removing Harvard's tax exempt status — an incredibly bold move. What it would do is take away hundreds of millions of dollars from Harvard on an annual basis. And also, I think it would have a tremendous chilling effect for donors who would no longer get tax exempt status on checks that they write to Harvard. So I really support the president and the administration, everything they're doing to hold these Jew-haters accountable at the universities.
BROOKS: I'm going to add another thing on what I think should be done. Professors should have to list if they're Republican or Democrat. And until these universities get a balance, you know, something's got to be done. It might be a price to pay.
