LIDIA CURANAJ (GUEST HOST): I've been hearing some comparisons between President Trump and, say, a rap star that's been sentenced to behind bars. And we see what happens to those rap stars, right? They become even bigger stars, right? They sell even more records. So your prediction is that President Trump, this could be a landslide. He just -- DA Bragg just inadvertently, basically elected President Trump as the next president of the United States.
CARL HIGBIE (HOST): Right. And throw out every poll you read. Every poll is garbage. Every poll is just nonsense and noise at this point. You have to throw out every conventional political piece of logic that you've ever had. All these consultants are, at this point, completely worthless because you got to throw out the playbook too. There is nothing normal about this. This is not Venezuela. This is not, you know — the, you know, El Salvador at the peak of criminality. This is America. And there are so many blatant violations to this that every person sees this, even people — I've been talking to people all day that have been waiting for this decision, that are devout Trump haters and they are like, yeah, I think this is a little bit crazy. And even they are worried about what this does to our institutional fortitude in America. This is a horrific day. I cannot imagine. But the other thing too, is you now have 12 jurors that basically are going -- look, we're going to find out who these jurors are in the next 24 hours. Some are going to speak, some are not going to speak. But you've ruined their lives, Alvin Bragg. They can never hold a normal job again. They can never go anywhere without worry about being harassed. This is — I mean, they have essentially ruined people for doing their civic duty.
