STEWART RHODES (OATH KEEPERS FOUNDER): It's frustrating to see anyone say, 'well these people, they assaulted police officers.' Well here's the point I made for some article I did for Gateway Pundit -- is the presumption of innocence in this country means that every single American is presumed innocent until proven guilty by a jury of their peers. That's a fair jury, that's an impartial jury, in a court with an impartial judge. That can't happen in Washington, D.C. They drew the jury pool from the victim pool. They said all, the judges themselves said, everyone in Washington D.C, all the residents are victims of J6. And the judges even said they themselves were victims. But they insisted on drawing the jury from the victim pool. It's as though you're being charged with robbing a Walmart, and they drew the jury pool from everyone who was in the Walmart on the night of the robbery. You're not going to get an unbiased jury. It's impossible. So, because you had no fair trial, you did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt in a fair trial, so you should all be still presumed innocent until proven guilty and that's why President Trump was fully justified in pardoning everybody. All of us should be pardoned and almost all were.
