ROGAN O'HANDLEY (HOST): This whole notion with red flag laws that you can seize someone's gun without them committing a crime and then they are deemed guilty until proven innocent is completely backwards. And we all know all it takes is a radical judge, of which we have many — look how they are treating January 6 prisoners in D.C. — for them to abuse that language and start taking guns from people, which is going to cause a lot of problems. Because you're going to have police showing up to guy's houses and girl's houses and taking guns, there's going to be shootouts, there's going to — this could potentially start a civil war, when you try to seize guns. The Revolutionary War started when the British tried to seize guns at Lexington and Concord.
