CHRIS BEDFORD (FORMER SENIOR EDITOR, THE FEDERALIST): I noticed a shift. I mean, so I used to run a newsroom. You don't need to go to college to be a reporter, you really just — it is a trade. You need to work hard. But one of the things I as an editor need to do to be able to shape you is I need to be able to yell at you, make you work ridiculous hours, your job is never over. In your 20s, your early 20s, that's what you need to be working on. You can no longer do that. People have feelings now, they get upset, they cry, they report you to corporate. I didn't even know we had HR. Apparently, we did.
