ROBERT F. KENNEDY JR. (GUEST): I talked during those — several follow-up meetings that involved Donald Trump Jr., and you know, who I had never had a high regard for and now I have an enormous regard for because he sees what’s happening in this country and he shares precisely my vision about it. And that — So, you know, I’m very excited about being part of this administration and really restoring America’s greatness.

VICKI MCKENNA (HOST): You said to Chris Cuomo recently, when asked, “Do you trust Donald Trump to keep his word?” You said, “Yeah. He’s kept his word.” Can you expound upon that just a bit?

KENNEDY: Yeah, a lot of people said to me, “Oh, you can’t trust Donald Trump. You better get a signed contract with him,” and — which, of course, you can’t do for legal reasons, but also optics reasons. And it’s just unworkable.

But what he did, as soon as we made that agreement, he started speaking out on all my issues and made them the spear tip of his campaign. The two issues he had really focused on before that were the economy and the border. And now since then, in every speech that he’s given, he’s mentioned MAHA, Make America Healthy Again. He’s mentioned the surveillance and censorship. He’s mentioned ending the wars.

And without me asking, he put me on his transition team and gave us enormous power on that team to me. And I said, “Would you put Tulsi [Gabbard] on too?” And he said, “Yes.” And this is the first time in American history there’s no, like, recent history, let me put it that way, that there’s been no lobbyists on that team. It’s all people who are deeply concerned for our country, and we don’t agree on everything, but there is a strong consensus about the health issue, about the surveillance, about ending the wars among all the team members.
