Video-sharing platform Rumble has recruited a cadre of exclusive content creators — most of whom are right-wing, male pundits — who purport to offer unique perspectives on politics and culture, but ultimately traffic in conspiracy theories and bigoted rhetoric.
Launched in 2013, Rumble plays an important role in the alternative digital infrastructure that caters to the extreme right. For years, conservatives have falsely claimed that social media platforms are biased against them, while building alternative platforms with little to no content moderation or concern for user safety. Rumble co-founder and CEO Chis Pavlovski has echoed that sentiment, baselessly speculating to Fox News’ Tucker Carlson that YouTube engages in “nefarious” behavior to unfairly censor conservatives and promoting Rumble as an alternative that is “immune from cancel culture.”
“Rumble Exclusives” launched in September 2022 to feature content creators contracted to produce exclusive content either on Rumble itself or on its paid subscription service, “Locals.” Many of the figures that Rumble promotes as part of “Rumble Exclusives” have in fact been suspended from posting elsewhere, at least temporarily. Those that are still able to share videos elsewhere often do, while reserving only part of their content exclusively for Rumble.
Below are some of the creators and accounts that Rumble has confirmed (either on Twitter or its blog) are contracted to produce exclusive content — beginning with the most recently announced.
