Rush Limbaugh began his show today by stating: “Screw this 'Hussein' business, it's Barack 'Hoover' Obama.” Limbaugh would use the new moniker throughout the show when referring to the president. He also continued to refer to Michelle Obama as "Mooch-elle" and to Vice President Biden as “Bite Me.” Limbaugh then celebrated the growth of his Facebook page, which garnered over 200,000 fans during the broadcast, and called all 12 million of President Obama's Facebook followers “suckers.”
After claiming that American liberals would relegate the private sector to a support for government, Limbaugh cracked: “Bunch of lazy idiots. Many of them don't want to really work. Non-profits siphon contributions, as their salaries and so forth, and think of themselves as good people, charitable people. I mean, these people are rapists, in terms of finance and economy.” Limbaugh would later claim Obama believes that private sector, non-union workers “need to be chopped down a bit. They need to be gotten even with. They need to find out what suffering is like.”
After claiming “the regime has now taken over” student loans, Limbaugh explained that student loans could not be dissolved in bankruptcy, saying that they can default or be forgiven by the federal government, which, Limbaugh said, “is one of the reasons the Obama people took over the student loan program -- to be able to forgive certain student loans based on certain characteristics of the students in question: How are they going to vote? How do their parents vote? Whom do their parents contribute political contributions to? and so forth and so on.” Limbaugh then launched into a screed against higher education, claiming that universities in the United States are factories for a ruling class, that criticisms of mounting tuition costs are non-existent, and that “top colleges are the functional equivalent of leadership schools from totalitarian nations.”
