Tomorrow, Wisconsin will go to the polls to vote on who will sit on the state supreme court, and Fox News wants to make sure it gets in some last-minute campaigning for incumbent Justice David Prosser in his race against Wisconsin assistant attorney general JoAnne Kloppenburg.
On tonight's edition of Fox News' Hannity, Dick Morris pleaded with the audience to re-elect Prosser, saying: “Tomorrow, in Wisconsin, there is an election for Judge Presser [sic: Prosser], P-R-E-S-S-E-R [sic] who is the swing vote on the state supreme court on the Walker education reforms, union reforms. It is vital that this guy get re-elected. If you are watching this program and in Wisconsin, do everything you can to get your friends and your neighbors out.”
After Hannity finished, Prosser himself appeared on Fox News' next show, On the Record with Greta van Susteren:
Van Susteren said she had also invited Kloppenburg onto the show. But how likely is it that Kloppenburg would appear on a network that was openly advocating for her defeat just an hour before or one that regularly serves as a platform for conservative candidates? Fair and balanced, indeed.
