There's a Drudge headline, “CBS panicked, Colbert sinking in ratings.”  You want to know why he is sinking in the ratings?  Cause he's not that funny, he's never been that funny, Jimmy Fallon is just light years ahead of him, as is Jimmy Kimmel.
