Steve Bannon and Matt Schlapp say E. Jean Carroll defamation verdict signals the end of the country

Schlapp: “This $83 million -- this is just the beginning. All of us will be paraded down this gangplank. We won't have our resources, we won't have our homes, we won't have our livelihood.”

MATT SCHLAPP (GUEST): I believe that this is a very coordinated thing. Somebody must be coordinating this.

...

This means that this weaponized government doesn't just intend to destroy your career and cancel you on social media, they mean to impoverish you and destroy any opportunity you have in the future. This is a -- this is a make it or break it time for the United States of America. If these things continue to stand, all of this unconstitutional illegal activity, we've got nothing left, Steve. I mean it's run to the mountains, run to the catacombs time. And so this is a huge moment for us to stand up.

STEVE BANNON (HOST): And that's what CPAC -- talk to us about CPAC, you've got a bunch of announcements to make. But this end of the republic stuff that's happening right here.

...

SCHLAPP: If Trump doesn't win this country might be a spent bullet. I hate saying that because I love my country.

...

I think I worry that if Donald Trump's not elected president, I really do think that the America that we know is done. Why do I say that?

It's not like one man should be able to change history, but Donald Trump has all of us in his hands, on his shoulders, all around him, he's standing up for all of us when he takes these slings and arrows and if they're able to keep him out of that White House, I know he's going to win but if they're able to somehow keep him out of that White House, they're going to change this country in a way that you've never seen.

This $83 million -- this is just the beginning. All of us will be paraded down this gangplank. We won't have our resources, we won't have our homes, we won't have our livelihood.
