STEVE BANNON (HOST): Is there a necessity for a special counsel since Jim Jordan looks like he’s going to be on it, a special prosecutor and if so, would you be available to assist them, sir?
RUDY GIULIANI: Well, the answer is yes to all of those, there’s certainly is a need for a special prosecutor and I certainly would be available to help, I probably know it better than anyone from the very beginning. And you have to do this, Steve.

BANNON: What’s your current situation? You talk about the deep state coming after somebody, they are trying to destroy one of the greatest Americans, living Americans, Rudy Giuliani, before our eyes. Tell the audience what’s going on.
GIULIANI: Well, right now, based on a judgment that is easily reversed, the $145 million judgment to two women where I’m not able to use the tape recordings or video recordings that support the truth of everything I say because they’ve been taken off the tape deceptively.
I’ve been given a tape of what they did at the center that’s missing three hours and they rejiggered the numbering so it looked like it was consistent. And I discovered that. And in my bar association proceeding the judge ignored it. It would completely prove that -- although the $145 million is absolutely ridiculous even if I did what they say I did, I can show definitively that I didn’t.
Now based on that they’ve taken everything I own.
