Washington Times columnist and National Rifle Association board member Ted Nugent is urging people to demand that Attorney General Eric Holder and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton be arrested over, respectively, Fast and Furious and Benghazi. Nugent also said that Holder, Clinton, President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden “are the enemy of the state.”
Listen to Nugent's comments from the January 14 edition of KFYI's The Mike Broomhead Show:
NUGENT: We need to turn up the heat and tell our elected officials we want Eric Holder arrested. We want him brought to trial for Fast and Furious. We want Hillary Clinton arrested for defying, denying American citizens the proper and adequate security as the anniversary of 9/11 approaches. We want these people held accountable. We want to know where Barack Obama got the authority to spend like a drunken maniac and blowtorch all these tax dollars following the Cloward-Piven and Saul Alinsky playbook to destroy the last, best quality of life in the world and it's called the United States of America. Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden and Eric Holder are the enemy of the state.
During the interview, Nugent urged listeners to participate in Gun Appreciation Day and to join the NRA because “that is the most powerful and effective statement that we the people can make to this power abusing, corrupt Barack Obama gang out there.”
As Media Matters has documented, Nugent has a long history of incendiary remarks about a variety of subjects. Nugent has frequently smeared Hillary Clinton, calling her a “worthless bitch,” a “toxic cunt” and a “two-bit whore for Fidel Castro.”
