RUDY GIULIANI: I think I have been very careful never to even talk to him about this. Pretty sure. 

LAURA INGRAHAM (HOST): Have you never had a conversation about this? 

GIULIANI: Not about this, I don't think so. If I did, it was at a social -- I don't think so. I have never had a conversation--

INGRAHAM: You did or you didn't? 

GIULIANI: I did not have a substantive conversation with him about it at all.
