STUART VARNEY (GUEST HOST): Governor, President Obama twice invited leaders of the Black Lives Matter movement to the White House, prior to the shootings in Baton Rouge. Did that send a message to Black Lives Matter? Did it send a message to the anti-police sentiment in this country? What do you make of this?

BOBBY JINDAL: Well Stuart, again, there will be an appropriate time and place to talk about the president and politics. I'm not a fan of the president, I have been very critical of the president but it's barely been 24 hours.
