STUART VARNEY (HOST): Here is what I think. I think we're all moving in the direction where there will be no more-- there will be only -- there will be no more men's room and women's room.

ELIZABETH MACDONALD: Okay, okay I hear you.

VARNEY: That's the direction we are going in. And I don't like it.

MACDONALD: But there is an answer to it, and it's already in place here at Fox, gender-neutral-bathrooms.

VARNEY: Why do we all have to change?

MACDONALD: They have them right outside the studio. It's not changing -- 

VARNEY: Yes it is.

MACDONALD: Gender-neutral-bathrooms are out there already.

TAMMY BRUCE: But then the issue becomes schools --

VARNEY: Why do we have to change?

MACDONALD: It's not changing it's a simple fix.
