DANA PERINO (CO-HOST): In some ways, it's like, I understand that I guess they have a right to live however they want to live. However, you could pass a law that says, "You can't sleep on the street. You're going to have to sleep -- we have a shelter, you can go to a shelter and if you refuse to go, we are going to involuntarily commit you."
And now, laws would have to be changed and people are going to say, "Well, that's so mean." But at what point does -- do my rights get infringed upon? I feel infringed upon. I feel infringed upon. When, you know, I work hard, pay your taxes. I've got all of these cities -- but especially this one -- and you have to walk like, "Oh gosh. Oh no, I can't go that way. Oh, I can't go that way. Oh God. Oh. Ah."
