On Fox News' O'Reilly Factor Tuesday night, John Stossel repeats the claim that President Obama's success in getting BP to put up a $20 billion fund for the gulf oil leak is a “shakedown.” He also calls it “thuggish” behavior.

Even O'Reilly disagrees with the claim during the interview, telling Stossel at the end, “wrong again.”
