LEE ZELDIN (GUEST): She was the "border czar."
The numbers skyrocketed. She was supervising a policy that ended up -- right now there's 3,000 people coming in a caravan. She was going after Customs and Border Patrol agents. She was going after ICE.
DAVID AXELROD (GUEST): Lee, Lee, Lee, you want to be factual in substance.
ZELDIN: But those are all factual.
AXELROD: And I appreciate that. That is a good instinct. So, she wasn't the "border czar." She was assigned to work -- to go to the countries that were the source of these immigrants and try and work with them to remove inducements for people to come here. But she never was the border czar. She wasn't in charge of the border.
