STEPHANIE HAMILL (THE DAILY CALLER): The establishment media are working hand in glove with the Democrats to smear the name of Judge Brett Kavanaugh who has had an impeccable reputation up until now. Look, the Democrats couldn't do this alone. And we're seeing major networks and news outlets completely abandon journalistic integrity to continue to push this narrative. I mean, it's one thing to believe women. But, also, the person who is being accused deserves due process.
STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): Sure, absolutely. But Stephanie this should not surprise you -- for decades you guys have been looking at bias in the media and you've said, look, the deck is stacked against conservatives. And this, you say, is proof.
HAMILL: Yeah. This is looking a lot like a modern day Salem witch trial, SCOTUS edition. We have talking heads going out there calling Kavanaugh a rapist when he actually hasn't been accused of rape. We have all of these people just deciding that he's guilty without hearing his side of the story. What's interesting is what you mentioned was the amount of news coverage covering Ford's side of the story. That is they are just regurgitating these uncorroborated claims over and over and over again. And the Media Research Center found only 8 percent of the coverage was telling Kavanaugh's side of the story. That is that he strongly denies all of these allegations and claims made against him.
They also pretty much ignored the women that came out in support of Kavanaugh. There are dozens of women, including his ex-girlfriends that say all of these claims are completely out of his character. And then, to go on about [Christine Blasey] Ford. What we have is the lack of corroboration. They also don't want to mention her political affiliation. She's a registered Democrat. She has donated to the Democratic Party. She has also signed a petition that was an anti-Trump petition, and she even went to a science march that was anti-Trump. So these are some of the very important facts they're leaving out because it doesn't fit the narrative.
