BRIAN KILMEADE (HOST): Real quick, 30 seconds each. K.T., it wasn't a great moment for President Trump at Helsinki. I think we all agree on that. So, Joe Biden is choosing not to have that moment. A separate press conference in Russia, that's playing as weakness. Are they right, and how does it play here?
K.T. MCFARLAND: Well, Joe Biden should not stand on a stage with Vladimir Putin. There is no way he looks good. But, secondly, the United States, how about we hack into the Russian communication system? Let's have an American president speak to the Russian people, instead of just the Russian president speaking to the American people and to the Russian people.
