SEAN HANNITY (HOST): This is just like the case in New York that Donald Trump had to go through. And the Supreme Court, if anything, should be stepping in and supporting their own precedents. They set the precedent. Why wouldn't they be supporting their precedent? 

Another judge has said dismantling of USAID was unconstitutional, ordering Elon Musk to restore access for employees. This U.S. district judge ordered Musk and DOGE to immediately give USAID employees access to their email, payment, security notification, and other electronic systems. The judge wrote that Musk's takeover usurped the authority of the public's elected representatives. Well, it's supported -- we have a duly elected president who's empowered him to do so.

You know, even El Salvador, if you look at the president of El Salvador, he actually said that the U.S. is facing a judicial coup. He's not that far off.
