BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): Mark Zandi weighed in too, of Moody Analytics, and he said, if it does that, even though it's a scaled down shutdown, you'll do some real damage to the economy. You're looking at it affecting about 800,000, about 420,000 of the workers affected are classified as essential. About 380,000 federal workers have been furloughed. But, the mail will be delivered, the military will be funded, law enforcement, entitlement programs are pretty much unaffected.

STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): Right, a lot of people don't feel it.
