John Raese is the GOP Senate candidate in West Virginia. Pat Toomey is the GOP Senate candidate in Pennsylvania. Palin endorsed Raese on October 11.

UPDATE: Palin subsequently deleted her original tweet. She has since offered a similar tweet which correctly links Raese to West Virginia (though it still inexplicably references Pennsylvania):
